Make their own discord bot through a panel hosted by you? so whos hosting their bots? or do they get given the files or something? don't take my word for it because i don't really know much about it all but i'm pretty sure this would be minimum $1k? and would be super complicated to do and thats if its even possible? i don't know how it would work so someone signs up and just makes a discord bot through a panel that gets added to their servers and stuff but maybe someone else on here could do this but a very small minority.
I would probably ask your investors how much they would be willing to add in because just saying "investors" could mean anything..could come to it and they're all just 12 and just want to spend $50 each which no developer would do it for so probably best to add atleast a budget you know for a fact you have 100%.
