I am looking for a Discord Bot.
It would be fully automated ticket system
I would like the discord bot to have the following features
-new / creates a ticket with a specified role configured in source code that is able to see the ticket along with the user running it, it would respond in the same channel with the ticket mentioned. Amount of tickets opened should be configurable in source code.
The ticket will then receive a reply from the bot for them to choose whether to speak to a sales rep or run the wizard and pick a service.
For Sales Rep, ping the Sales Rep.
For wizard, give a list of options to the user (I will provide to you on discord) . React or reply (whichever easier) and then ask for a brief description. Then post it in #commissions
-add / adds a specified member to a ticket
-remove / removes a specified member from a ticket
-close / removes a ticket channel and DM's the ticket's owner and myself the full chat logs, who closed it, and the reason for it's closure.
-hr / Open a human resource ticket with a specified role configured in source code and the user that ran the command. It will post a simple message I can give you on discord if I decide to go with you. If this is honestly too hard for you, you don't have to do it. I will do it myself. It's literally just copying and pasting for -new but removing the automated system, so I don't expect anyone to charge extra for this.
