Discord Bot

I am looking for someone to make me a discord bot that compiles/collects information about specified keywords/topics (Articles in this case) from specific websites and puts the info into its own discord channel. I would like to be able to change/add more topics/keywords and websites that the bot takes info from, and I would like the bot to be doing this every 30min to an hour. I have also created a visual representation to make this easier to understand.
