Discord Bot

Hello,

I need a Discord Bot made because the other dude I hired did a shit job by leaving a bug so it's not usable.

Only contact me if you actually know what you're doing. I need to see a lot of past work.

The bot itself is a Ticket Bot and follows this route:

• There's like a small box in a welcome channel, users react to an emoji (Representing a product/service).
• A ticket is opened with the service name in the ticket, for example HostCheaply would be ticket-0001-hc.
• I want close, add and remove commands. With close it should simply close the ticket. Add should let me mention or use ID to add a user to the ticket. Remove is opposite of that.
• A simple reply feature that pings the user if they don't reply to the ticket to get their attention.
