Ticket System
Features:
- /ticket [reason] – creates a ticket channelvisible to:
- The user who created it
- All staff (admin-perm) by default
- /ticket add User – adds a user to the ticket
- /ticket remove User – removes a user from the ticket
- /ticket hide-staff – removes all staff access from the ticket (for private matters)
- /ticket show-staff – re-adds staff access to the ticket
- /ticket close – closes and deletes the ticket channel
- Ticket logs are stored (who opened, closed, time, etc.)
- Optional cooldown to prevent abuse
Server Stats System

Suggestions System
Features:
- Bot sends a “Leave a suggestion” prompt in a designated suggestions channel
- Users react to the prompt (like
), then:- Bot DMs them or opens a modal to input their suggestion
- Suggestion is posted to #suggestions with an ID (e.g. Suggestion #14)
- Staff can then use:
- /suggestion move [id] – moves it to #moved-suggestions or #accepted/denied

Auto-Moderation + Word Filters
