I recommend that you just let everyone get a free discord bot. Not just the people with 3+ rep.

If I'll give out discord bots to any member, I'll get a request of over thousands of them which I don't want. And I'm only doing this for vouches so what's the point of getting a vouch from a no-rep member? :3
