Our bots are super fast hosted on our VPS. If any bots are ever offline it's easy to report and our support team will be there as fast as they can be to help you get it back online as soon as possible. If you ever discover any issues with our bots we're more than happy to diagnose and solve your issue at anytime and will be free of charge.
If you ever have any problems, enquires or want to see what our current bot owners think of their bots please make a ticket and request/suggest your issue and we'd be happy to either fix it. If you have an issue you will get your issue fixed within 24 hours or you will be compensated.
