To be honest, it depends on the feel you're trying to go for.

Emojis - A more lax server. Meant for hanging out with friends.
Not - A more serious server, maybe for people that you don't know...

Emojis if your targeting a younger audience. If not, no. Most servers don’t.

I'd say go for a cleaner look. That's what really attracts the mature audience, unless you're trying to make more of a less mature server then emojis aren't bad.

There is no famous server with emojis, I think the emojis for small community, friends and so on
