Hello everyone, I currently own a discord server that will be growing to over 10k members over the next few months, I am looking for some staff who can help me contain all of the members during the time of growth.

Terms of Service - Select Solutions

Upon purchasing a product or service from us, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions. This agreement sets the Terms and Conditions between the Seller and Client when purchasing a product or service. This is agreement is STRICTLY advised before purchasing.

Payment

1.1 The client must pay at least 50% of the settled payment before the seller starts the commission. The Client can pay 100% of the payment if he/she desires too.

1.2 After 50% of the payment is sent, the work will be showed by the seller and final payments will be sent following the files related to the order.

1.3 The payment will be sent through Paypal Family and Friends method when purchasing.

1.4 The Client is strictly not permitted to open a chargeback or dispute following the payment of the order.

Product Use

2.1 The Client is not permitted to resell any work/commissions done by the Seller.

2.2 The Client will not use the product for illegal activity.

2.3 The Client will not be permitted to claim the product as “work done by them” unless agreed by both parties.

Changes

3.1 Although the seller is very open to changes, the seller has full say on whether he/she wants to proceed and can decline requests.

3.2 The Seller can offer minimalistic changes but nothing major.

3.3 The Seller can provide a maximum of two minor changes to a single product.

3.4 The Client may not remove the Seller’s signature from the artwork/product.

3.5 The Client may request a major change to the product with an additional fee, prices may vary depending on the job.

Cancellation

4.1 In the event of a cancellation, all rights shall be retained by the Seller.

4.2 If the Seller decides to cancel an order, he/she will provide a full refund to the Client.

4.3 In the event of a chargeback granted from the Client, the Client gives up all rights to the artwork and this agreement is terminated.

4.4 Any payments to SelectSolutions regarding an order are non refundable unless we agree to.

4.5 If the project is declined by the Seller or not completed, all payments will be refunded to the client.

4.6 A time will be set when purchasing the product and if the due date is passed, SelectSolutions will be offering a discount on our services.

4.7 Regarding “Cancellation - 4.6”, a discount will be agreed upon SelectSolutions.
