I couldn't give you a price by now but yes, you should totally let it age and it will get more valuable. Discord numbers are looking good, new users joining and good growth rate. It will probably worth a lot more in the future.

Usually no more than $35 if it's got the badge, a good name, and it's relatively clean. Obviously if it's well used it goes down a bit and with weird discrims like "8729" it'll go down in value as well... however, like most things value is relative to the buyer so you can probably find someone willing to pay a decent amount for it.
