I am trying to gauge the general interest for a discord bot that would handle invoices/payments for not only Paypal, but Stripe and Square.

Service teams and or businesses in general that want to accept a wide variety of payments for their products or services.

I may also implement bitcoin/cryptos as well if I were to do this.

Yes but from what I saw, they only handle PayPal, and very few can automatically confirm payments.
