Discord.js v12 Reaction Roles MongoDB

Hello, So I am looking for someone to make me reaction roles with mongodb (mongoose) You react to a message (setup with commands) to receive a role, I want it to work on multiple guilds, I want my command handler and everything, So I will send you my bot files to work with. I'm willing to pay 10-15$ I want the following commands:
!rradd (message ID) (reaction/emoji) (role ID)
!rrremove (message ID) (role ID)
