Aventus is a community-based discord server. Aventus has been an ongoing project of mine, and I'm always doing my best to make it better for everyone. I'm currently in need of a dedicated, active management team. It's extremely important to be active and mostly dedicated as this is something I've invested and dedicated for over a year now.
Aventus is currently in need of management. We want to grow our server as best as we can. This means we need a staff team, ad management team, and someone who can rearrange the discord and make it look cleaner each week.
Staff Positions
Staff Manager: Currently we have a role called "Support Team" they deal with Support and tickets. I also want to implement some sort of extra job into this role. Staff Manager needs to be able to accept, deny, promote, and demote. This must be done with zero biases and Support Staff must be demoted if inactive. Staff Manager is also in charge of writing staff rules, information, staff application, etc. Also to be active in chat.
Head Ad Manager: Currently we have a role called "Ad Manager" their job is to get advertisements for Aventus. As a Head Ad Manager, you need to be able to accept and demote other Ad Managers within reason. Write up a document on Ad Manager, rules, information, etc. Also to be active in chat.
Discord Specialist: Although almost anyone can set up a discord, I am busy 95% of the time, I don't have time fixing things, adding bots, etc. Although this really isn't a management position it's still very important and needs lots of trust. Discord Specialist job is to recolor roles, rename certain roles, add commands for banning, muting, etc. Also to be active in chat. This job needs to be done once a week.
Extra information:
We do not pay at all, depending on your work ethic, how dedicated you're you might get a small fee here and there, but otherwise no. I shouldn't have to pay someone to do these jobs.
You must be extremely dedicated, active, and almost always available. You must have some sort of resume, or proof that you're indeed reliable.
