Hey There! My name is Lewis, However I preferred to be called Lewie. I am here to offer my service as a Discord Manager.

I've worked for many smaller Discord servers but also big Discord servers. I can help with Announcements, Staff Managing of the Discord, Role Requests, Ban Appeals (On The Discord) and Rule Managing. I work on other servers too I do not work on your server as well

I am 14 and I am currently living in Perth, Western Australia. I am usually on daily on the Discord servers I work for working on whatever needs to be done. However I put real life first. If it comes to do something IRL I will put that as my first priority.

I was recently a Discord Moderator on a Minecraft Servers Discord ArcadianMC. I was in charge of Mute Appeals and Punishing players who broke rules. In This Experience I learnt how to moderate and that has helped me through many applications for many other Discord Servers to promote me. I also mentored the Discord Helpers. I was the first Discord Moderator, I was promoted because of how active I was, How many punishments I got daily, My Enthusiasm to the Discord. The Discord Helpers were scared of the Discord Managers so they chose not to punish to not get in trouble. Daily I would have 5 mutes a day. 3 bans. 7 Warnings. From the Past few months of Moderating that Discord I got 41. That was for 1 month.

I started a Discord Server to bring in Prison Experts and give suggestions to prison servers. Many Prison Owners joined and listened to players feedback. I managed the Discord such as creating it however my friend Futuristiq had ideas for the Discord and I added it. The Discord had 100 people join and 5 were Prison Owners. The Discord went down due to being dead.

I played a Server named Minecraft PartyZone and Decided to make a Unofficial Discord to help people communicate with Staff and generally have a good time with Each Other. The Server Started with just my friend Dragonnn_ and I planning things out however when the Discord become public we had about 10 joins a day and about 5 of them were Staff. I managed the Discord for 4 Months until leaving the Server and Resigning from the Discord.

Indeed. Junnk worked and works for 2 very popular Servers, PrimeMC and ArcadianMC. I expected that. I think we all could of haha.

I never said that the people vouching were bad. Just saying that the vouchs don't mean as much as to a person who as someone that has been here for a while.

While that's true, sometimes you can trust that the vouches are valid if there are multiple people who do it and they're not banned after a little while.

Honestly, I know I joined today, but the thing is that Lewie is one of the most mature, kind and helpful people that I know. I am not doing this because he asked me to, it's because he is so respected and a great guy!

Those people who just vouched; are extremely well known around the Arcadian community. In my opinion, they're vouch means the same as any other - as they've all seen Lewie's work.

Yes, I'm the guy that Lewie spoke about in the thread. I'm a Senior Moderator/Prison Warden for Arcadian, and Lewie managed my Prison discord which was used for making suggestions, banter and reporting bugs. Eventually it died off, however, I still use it today. He's great at what he does - and he'd be perfect for that position.
