+dm all (message)
and
+dm (number of people you wanna send it to) (message)
if this request can be full-filled I will happily pay. Also I prefer the project to be in Python but JavaScript works to

Well, probably massive DM advertising bots, ofc. There isn't really another explanation, is there?

Also, just my opinion - Why is the sale of Hypixel Coins/Skyblock items banned when mass Discord DM bots (highly against the ToS of Discord and such annoying spam) are still being traded without a ban on them?
