So im looking for a discord & Mc Account linking plugin.
I want a already released plugin not a custom one.
So anyone mind helping me search for one?

Possibly Discord SRV? That has /discord ink which you can link to the game and get your roles synced on the Discord and your nickname. Might be helpful for your usecase. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/discordsrv.18494/
