I am okay if people like you do not value work they do (or do not put the time into it which is needed for quality), but please do not say anything against people who charge a fair amount (20 USD is still too less in my eyes).

The starting price was 30-40$ but since there are free online tutorials and the freelancer is okay with being paid 20$ I decided to go for the lowest price possible.
