It says "This credit will apply once you sign up for a Nitro Classic Monthly subscription."
Based on what it also says, do you currently have nitro active? If so, you have to wait until the current nitro subscription comes to an end.

You currently have a booster subscription, you should have an option to use the credit once that subscription runs out (you cant combine subs, it wont activate automatically)
I had the same issue, I contacted support and this is a sum up of what they said:
You have to press "Subscribe" and go to the payment thing for Nitro Classic. When you're there, there will be a prompt for you to agree to terms and such, but it won't ask you for any payment information (unless you decide to put it in) and will just let you claim the credit for free. I'm not sure why they decided to make this a feature, but it started 2-ish months ago.
