Discord Pandemic - Suggestions thread.

Hello everybody.

I am the developer of the Discord Pandemic mini-game bot - essentially each player has their own virus which they can spread/infect others with by typing in Discord channels. (Completely harmless and there are no bad side effects.) For each player the infector infects they receive DNA which they can use to upgrade their virus and make it more infectious.

There are graphs and leaderboards to picture how many infections each player has, along with a global graph to show how many infections have been recorded over time.

The reason I am making this thread is mainly for upgrade suggestions because currently we only have 3 possible types of upgrades. However, any cool additions which you can think of would be greatly appreciated.

Currently, the 3 upgrades we have are:

Increased infection rate (default is 10%)
Increased amount of DNA per infection (Default is 50)
DNA per hour (get given x amount of DNA per hour for free)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I look into expanding the userbase of this bot.

Definitely not. Do you feel the same about Call of duty? - Taking advantage of war? I assume not.


The only possible thing I have taken advantage of this year is the amount of spare time I have had to learn how to create discord bots. And I doubt that's something to be angry about

Maybe some sort of protection for the users? For example if you reach max protection instead of having a 100% chance of infection when typing in a infected channel you only have 50%-75%
