I'm making a discord giveaway/ad server and would like to find a partner to do this with me.
In this partnership we will have 50/50 ownership, including the splitting of profits and server-wide decisions will be decided together to maintain a clean and fair partnership.
I need someone that can dedicate time and money towards the project.
I am willing to invest more than $100 on ads

There is many servers doing this already. You will have to do something to uniquely set yourself apart from all those who run the same type of discord server.

not really... the people in giveaway servers don’t care what the servers like as long as they giveaway nitro. if the owners spend enough money on ads, they’ll have lots of members which means more reacts which means more money for them.
