Discord Picture turned into a GIF

Hello everyone thank you for taking the time to read my thread.

Today I am looking for a talented animator that can turn our servers logo into a Discord animated Gif! We would like the designer to well informed on the programs and is able to turn a discord picture or logo with no other context into an animated picture. This must work for Discord as this is the primary use!

Budget: We have no specific budget for this project and are open to prices made by the creators. Feel free to drop a comment below or private message me at the socials below!

Idea: We are creating a Prison Server and our logo is being made as we speak and will be done in a couple days. The logo will have water around it and we would like to have the logo pop up and then have water come crash in and wash away the logo.
