Hello, people of McMarket!

I run a Discord server known as Tactical. We're in need of Server Managers and we also could use some assistance for growing our community! The Server Managers need to have a lot of knowledge with making discord servers and advertising.

I see that there is a lot of pepole that join my discord server, but leave after 5 minutes. Is there a reason for that? Anything we can do with it?
