I can make you a discord setup with emoji's and bots for free, but the problem is that you want to have a player base witch I don't have & also can't help with player base.
However good luck with finding one for a good price.

I'm planning to make a thread about it soon. How much do you think would be a good starting price for it? We have custom plugins and a really good host as well as a premium spawn and a customly sketched logo and banner. Also partially set up buycraft and a .net domain.
