I need a web designer who is experienced with using HTML, CSS/SASS/LESS, basic JS &/or ReactJS to design me a wicked looking front page for my discord server.

I want to use Semantic UI or Bootstrap framework, I rather not use a widespread template found on the interwebs and prefer something that is drastically customized.

Budget: $35 to Whatever I think you deserve as tips

You can always just google some tutorials for those and learn it that way
