Hello! We are PinnacleStudios we make 2d games and we are currently looking to hire a few staff members to keep our upcoming community fun! We are very small starting out.
Community Manager - 1/1
We'd like a community manager to advertise and find more members, hire more staff members when needed. Announce new games for us. We'd also like our community managers to take power and control what's needed in our community. We want everyone to be safe and we need our CM to be friendly, respectful, honest. Our CM must treat everyone equally.
We do need our CM to be responsible and always listen to the developers and lead developer. Requirements
Our requirements are basic standards for community managers.
Have a portfolio that displays past managing experience. (Exceptions can be made).
Be at least 15 years of age. (Exceptions can't be made).
Have a working microphone you can use.
Be respectful towards everyone.
Discord account older than 5 months (Exceptions can be made).
Staff Members - 1/5
We'd like all our staff members to respect higher ups and all the members, our staff members must take in responsibility and be able to deal with raiders, rule breakers, etc. Basic staff stuff. Requirements
Our requirements are basic standards for server staff.
Be the age of 13 or older. (Exceptions won't be made, if under 13 you'll be reported to discord).
