The Discord server is a brand new anime-orientated server. I am not 100% finished with configuring the bots and such which means I have not advertised the server anywhere/have not released the server yet. Before doing that, I’d like to find a reasonable number of staff members in each department to ensure a clean and successful release.
The staff team is cut into departments and each departments are focused on a specific subject. We will NOT be compensating you at the moment. There are currently five open departments:

- Community Involvement

General Leadership
This department is the Head of Departments, the Face(s) of the Server, whatever you’d like to refer it to. People in the General Leadership team will be heavily working on the development and success of the server by (working with ALL departments) ensuring the staff team AND community are participating in chats and activities (building relationships with one another), responding to the community’s opinions and ideas, keeping the entirety of the staff motivated and close, and promoting the server. The General Leadership department is open for committed individuals who are ready to take on these tasks and much more.

Like the department name states, the Staff Management department are responsible for the entirety of the staff team (excluding the General Leadership members). They will be training, promoting, demoting, and finding mature and productive staff members who fit our criteria. As well as just finding well-rounded people, they will take on keeping up with each staff member’s activity and schedules. Finally, Staff Managers are especially expected to be building and maintaining a healthy relationship with all of the staff. The Staff Management department is open.
Community Involvement
This department is crucial when it comes to keeping our community active and happy. As a member of the Community Involvement team, you will be hosting events frequently to build activity and posting polls to receive and review opinions from the community. The Community Involvement department is open.
Chat Moderation
This should be pretty self-explanatory, but if it wasn’t obvious, you will be cleaning the server of toxicity. The job entails moderating the text and voice chats, follow member reports, and punish rule-breakers if deemed necessary. The Chat Moderation department is open.
Server Promotion
It takes work to build a Discord server! To actually create a community, we will need members. We are looking for people to act as a Server Representative, find us partnerships and connect us with other server owners, and bump and post server ads on various Discord advertisement sites and servers to bring people in.
