Yeah I have seen this guys servers going around. What he does is he makes a server called "PayPal giveaway" and then he says if you get x amount of likes he will pay you money. This never happens though. I am pretty sure as soon as you let people speak in the discord (Because every channel has been set to bots and admins only) That everyone would be requesting their payout.
