Discord Set Up/Server

I am looking for someone who can set me up a discord server. I'm not looking to pay more than 3-5 dollars..

Here are some of the requirements.
- I need roughly 100 players (NO MATTER WHAT)

* Category 1 *
Named: Server Info (have an emoji in it)
- IP as a channel
- Member count

* Category 2 *
Named: Information (have an emoji or something)
- Info Channel
- Announcement Channel
- Invite - Reward Channel
- Giveaway Channel

* Category 3 *
Named: Social & General (have an emoji or something also)
- General
- Bot - Commands
- Suggestions
Chat Channel: AFK
Chat Channel: Public Room 1
Chat Channel: Music
Chat Channel: Meeting

* Category 4 *
Name: Staff (have an emoji also)
- Staff Chat
- Staff Announcements
Chat Channel: Staff Room 1
Chat Channel: Staff Meeting
Chat Channel: Interview

That would be all for now! Please let me know if you are able to do this.. I would also like all the categories to have like a blocker that closes in all the channels, if you know what I mean..

I would like someone to advertise and try to get me 100 members. I want to start out with some.

You wouldn't be able to do this. People won't join a Discord server with no purpose currently. They won't join because a user is getting paid to invite them. Even if a few do join, it would either be botted/alts or just wouldn't happen.

Hey there! For $5 I can hook you up with some partnerships that can help you and set it up but I cant guarantee 100 members. I work for and own a Minecraft server with a large Discord and many partners, so I can try advertising there, but as mentioned before there is absolutely no guarantee although I will try my hardest.
