Discord Setup (+ Ideas)

Looking for someone to setup a Discord Server for a friend, and also provide some ideas for a theme (Something relating to one of these topics: World History / Historical War / Africa). I'm looking for the server to be stylized and have some good amount of work put into it. I'm going need this setup done within 24 hours, and am willing to pay $3 ~ $8 for this.
