Make it so under peoples name there is a discord/skype/telegram logo so people can just click on that to verify if the discord/skype/tele user who added them is legit and not some kid trying to scam.

Discord won't be possible, Skype and Telegram may go same route in terms of clickability. I know Skype has some sort of feature where you can click to add, but it's some long ass link. Telegram I am not sure myself.

Adding it under someones name just adds useless clutter to threads that I don't think would even help prevent impersonators. The only people that get fooled by impersonators are those that don't know the idea of what an impersonator is or forget to check, and in neither case will adding your skype below every post help that.
