Discord software[mass sm spamer/pars]

I'm looking for a coder who can write software for me on the discord.
The program should:
- a function for working with a proxy;
- token change function, only after the previous token is locked;
- send 4-10 messages from each token (I will write in more detail personally);
- THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is to do pars / spam on these 2 servers (discord.gg/4HZ3qfNcvW and discord.gg/JCCZSQ45nb);
- there should also be a blacklist of usernames.
