Discord Staff | New Community Based Discord Looking for Staff!

Hey everyone! My name's Act. Before we begin, I would like to thank you for taking time to look at my thread.

The Discord Server in question is currently at 218 members, and I'm hoping to grow it even more. Currently, I'm looking for every position for the Staff team, read below for requirements.

You do need previous experience staffing.
You do not need to have a Microphone, although it'd be awesome if you did.
You do need to be over 13, as Discord TOS requires this.
You do need to have experience on the backend of servers.
You do need to be open to learn new things, and quickly, such as bot commands.

As a Moderator, my expectation of you would be to have a basic understanding of the backend of Discord, so knowing what the Audit Log is, how to check invites, etc. You should also know some basic moderation commands and what they do: "kick", "mute", etc.

As an Administrator, I expect you to have a good knowledge of the backend of servers. You should know how to manually ban & unban members, in case something goes wrong. You should be familiar with some basic bots, such as Mee6, Dyno, etc.

We currently do not pay these positions.
