Discord 'stats tracker' bot

Need a bot to track stats for my prisons team (i.e show blocks mined, payouts won, playtime, etc) all of these will be inputted manually so it should be pretty easy to code.

/blocks add (User) (Server) (Amount)
/blocks remove (User) (Amount)
/playtime add (User) (Server) (Amount)
/playtime remove (User) (Amount)
/crops add (User) (Server) (Amount)
/crops remove (User) (Amount)
/payouts add (User) (Server) (Amount)
/payouts remove (User) (Amount)

Then there should also be a /top cmd for all Blocks, Crops, Playtime and Payouts that'll show the players with top 10 from each
For example if I mine x blocks on Server A, and y blocks on Server B, the /top command will show the total amount
So /blocks top, /playtime top, /crops top and /payouts top

/stats (user) | Shows total blocks, playtime, crops and payouts

/blocks info (user)
/playtime info (user)
/crops info (user)
/payouts info (user)
Shows the blocks, playtime, crops and payouts for the user and the server it was from
