Discord ticket bot (advanced)

I am in need of a discord bot with a ticket system and a few more features.

This is essentially like a commission system for tickets:


Every time a ticket is made, only execs / management can see it.

Once a ticket is made, it is posted in another channel with the subject and a few sentences of details that the client explains when the ticket is made. Staff can then claim it by reacting.

If that staff member can't do it, they can do !escalate or something along those lines to have a manager or exec deal with it.

I want this bot to record every time a staff member does a ticket and escalates. So I can easily do -report @ staffmember and it gives me stats for the past week, month, and all time for tickets done and escalation.

A ticket is considered done when closed.

I also need the bot to record transcripts of each ticket that can be pulled up somehow.



Currently just looking for quotes. Please have some sort of portfolio for me to view.

And God forbid, no teams please.
