The user does the command -ticket, it opens a small embed asking them what service/brand they need help with (with reactions, they click one). Once they do that, it opens up a ticket channel, gives it a random number including initials of the brand. e.g ticket-0001-GC (gc been short for getclout).
I also want the bot to have a ping command that basically tags the creator of the ticket and then remove the message (basically a ghost ping).
That's pretty much it, I might have other small things, don't know from the top of my head. Provide me with your price and portfolio below and I'll DM you if I'm interested.
