Discord Tickets

Anybody have a recommendation for a reliable ticket bot for discord?

I have checked out a couple but I'm curious what everyone else is using.

Also this is my first post this is kinda hype.

helper (dot) gg - it's a pretty decent little bot, it's paid but it hasn't given us any issues and has been super easy to use from the Admin perspective.

Ticket Tool works fine or just get one from a bot dev here at MCM.

As mentioned before in this thread, Ticket Tool seems to be a really popular and good one.
I haven't used it personally in my servers, I just implement that functionality myself but I've seen others use it and its quite a good bot from the users point of view.
