Hi guys, just wondering, for my Discord I've been trying to get Tickety to work, but for some reason others can see the tickets, if someone could help me out that'd be appreciated, thanks. I've tried syncing the perms and making sure everyone can't read the messages, but they still can, so if anyone could help me that'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure they have the "Support Team" rank in discord or else no one can view them in general.

I made a bot that exactly does what tickety does if you want it msg me NOTE: you can add your own logo and everything
