Discord & Twitch Bot (JS)

I'm looking for a quote on a bot that will hook into both twitch & discord. (Yes, I am a Discord Bot Developer, but I am not quite advanced enough to do what I'm looking for and I'm fairly short on time right now)

Features
Message stream-announcements when I go live and link my twitch.
Hook certain commands to both twitch and discord (E.g !twitter will work both in the stream chat and discord server)
Automatic messages to the stream chat at configurable intervals
Might decide to add more if I think of more, but for now thats it.

Again, I am looking for a quote.

I've already had 4 quotes ranging from 15-30, so that's over the top.
