If you are a regular member within a server, you don't have access to the prune feature that's offered by discord. Additionally, the prune feature isn't what you think it is-- the prune feature is used to remove users that are inactive after X period of time.

The purpose of this service would be to give someone ALL the users within a server so that they can put it through as mass DM bot and do the most advertising that would be possible for them. The issue with other user scrapers is that they are unable to get members that are offline in servers with more than 1,000 members since Discord automatically makes them invisible. If you have used any self-bot to try and get a list of users from a large server, you would know that this is the case.
