Discord Voice Changer

Hi. I was wondering if there was a way to create a voice changer for Discord that allows you to sound like characters. For example, Peter Griffin, Cleveland Brown, Elmo, Mickey Mouse, African Druglord, etc. If this is possible I will pay to have this done.

A voice changer that makes you sound like a specific character is pretty much impossible. You can make it sound like your in a tunnel or somewhat close to a character is possible. Changing your voice to a character would require a massive AI. Think about siri, it sounds robotic and they've had years to perfect it.

That's true, but it's possible to mimic peoples voices. Some group of people did it.
