Sorry guys I was scammed by Effect and FatTacos. The scam went as follows Effect messaged me with his BIN of 45$ once I said yes and sent him the link and all he proceeded to "get a middleman" the middle man was FatTacos aka his alt. He had a sheet explaining why people should choose him and his rates. Effect continued to talk to him in a group with the 3 of us. I was told by FatTacos that he had sent the rates of the middleman. I transferred ownership to FatTacos and once I did that FatTacos never replied and left the discord. Effect stayed and acted as if he had been scammed. The reason I know it is all one person is that someone I know was scammed by the same people and the same way. Please spread the word about these 2 so no one else gets scammed.

OMG effort tried doing the same thing to me just now for a discord server. I almost gave in until my friend told me he scammed him.
