Apologies didn't see that question.
The nameserver is hosted in Phoenixnap Data Center. And we never oversell any of our services. We utilize CloudLinuxOS along with other software to ensure websites are not over-utilizing server hardware resources. In the event that more resources are needed, we have a platform in place to expand storage without affecting existing clients.

Edit: You keep editing your post and I can't keep up
Default WHMCS is due to the new upgrades to WHMCS which renders the old template incompatible. We have a designer currently working on new website elements.
