I think that all of the discussion forums need to have a stickied thread at the top that explains specifically what each one is for, so people know where to go to post their specific content, cause right now it seems kind of confusing. Like what goes in General Discussion vs what goes in Off Topic?

This would help define a specific role for each one of the forums.

I think that post count should be disabled in Off Topic, too.

There will be a wiki page coming out that explains each forum (Discussion category included) and what content should be submitted there either today or tomorrow.

We should add a stickied forward url on each 'confusing' category which takes them to the wiki page.
