You can use this thread to share your experiences with hosting companies!
Whether they were bad or good, you can share your stories/experiences with others so they know who to choose.

You can use the following format if you wish, but simple replies are good too :D

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

OVERALL RATINGS:

[To be added to later.]

I'll go first:

Rating out of 5: 1/5
Reason:
Fluctis Hosting ( https://fluctishosting.com/ ) are simply just a horrible company. They ignore your support requests, make false reasons for things, and are just plain rude.
Not a day in my life would I ever recommend them, unless you would actually like to waste money.
Can you imagine opening a ticket, and not getting a response for 4 days, but opening a ticket on another account and getting a response in 6 hours? They also mess around with your server files if they feel something is wrong, and they are very quick to suspend your paid service over trivial things. They only have one support team member, and quite frankly he is not good at his job. And he's the manager. His name is Adam Stockton.

They also once actually deleted my service "permanently" for no reason! Apparently I "requested a termination".

Just don't even waste your time clicking on their site.

I used to use Fluctis to host one of my servers, GalacticMC, back in 2016-17. My experience was, as you can probably expect, not good.

What drew me to them is their 50% off for life promotion they just had, making their servers only $0.75/GB, thinking they were a steal. I was wrong. The servers, although they have a lot of RAM (low speeds, mind you), have terrible processors that are constantly being flooded with tons servers on one machine. Server TPS with only 2 people on idle was around ~17-19. I'd actually be surprised if they had more than one node per region. Their panel is absolutely awful and I never want to go back to it. Their support team never responded to a single request I'd made. I'm happy to say that this year, although I used Fluctis earlier, I have switched over to PebbleHost and I could notice the difference right when I logged on.

My ratings:
Speed: 1/5
Hardware: 1/5
Support: 0/5
Panel: 2/5
Pricing: 5/5
Reliability: 1/5

Final Score: 1/5 for poor support, loaded servers, terrible hardware, and a terrible panel.
