Disguise & Mask plugin

Hi
I want Disguise plugin, something like on MCSG & SpainPvP for my srv, with commands /d or /disguise for disguise (l0g1c) and /ud or /undisguise for undisguise (logic) with random names and skins.
And 2nd plugin is /mask where you can mask in another rank ex if you're MOD and there is rank iron, gold, diamond you can do /mask gold or any other

Yea I know for that plugins but I need that when I do /d I want to get randy IGN and skin and that don't have that 2 plugins.
