Honestly, all we have is a funny reaction which just makes people mad, so why don’t we add a dislike reaction so we can use the funny reaction properly? We can just use the like reaction upside down

I don’t know, on top of that, we might be able to correctly use the funny reaction
The dislike button will be way better, then the funny reaction might be used for a positive way.
the way we have our reactions set up at the moment is that we allow for users to use the disagree reaction in forums that have discussion. Marketplace forums purposefully don't have a disagree reaction because it doesn't make any sense to disagree with someones product or service offer.
Adding in a disagree reaction to those forums will just make it easier for users to be toxic and trash other peoples threads for no reason.

If this was ever added, or not, I'd still use it for sarcastic reasons.
20 people agreed with this suggestion and has 0 disagree ratings. You should really maybe listen to what people want and btw it won't hurt for just one little extra reaction.

If you dislike someones thread you rate it funny then they spam you and neg you for rating their post with funny. I want to dislike someones thread so I rate them with funny instead of writing a long comment then it creates drama then people dispute it which leads to more backlog and i'm sure you and your staff don't want that. It would just be easier to express yourself.

Could all current funny reactions be replaced with disagree or would it wipe the funny reactions on threads? I’d say keep it just because there are some genuinely funny threads, but I’d rather have dislike than funny
Honestly the funny reactions never should’ve never been made useless all those years ago. It didn’t stop people from funny spamming posts, the literal reason why it was changed in the first place. Removing the reaction from certain parts or even all of the forums isn’t going to help anything either, people will just find new reactions to use in place of it. Might as well add a disagree reaction to the rest of the forum.

Please do not do this. This function will get abused 100%. Please do not do that.
Instead, if you dislike the service, you should take the time to write about it. Other businesses work really hard to make sure customers are happy and if a service gets judged off of an emoji versus actually reading what the issue is about, is really unfair.
Plus, this will get abused by trolls
