Disorbs is an upcoming Minecraft Network focused on delivering a high-quality Skyblock and Survival experience. We've recently completed a major infrastructure overhaul, including a brand-new dedicated server, custom Discord systems, forums, voting, staff applications, and a professionally built network that's preparing for launch.
We're currently looking for experienced individuals to join our Management Team and help lead the community as we continue development.

What We're Looking For
Previous management experience on a Minecraft server.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing staff teams and resolving conflicts.
Professionalism and maturity.
Active involvement within the community.
Willingness to help grow the network long-term.
Responsibilities
Oversee the staff team and daily operations.
Assist with recruitment and staff training.
Help organize events and community engagement.
Work closely with Ownership on network decisions.
Ensure a positive experience for players and staff.
