Display the username of a resource purchase.

So recently a ChargeBack was opened on my PayPal account from someone who charged back on my resource. As soon as it happened, a PM was sent to Mick asking him to match the PayPal email to a username so I could create a scam report on the person, he denied request because it was against the MC-Market TOS. Luckily, I was able to solve the issue with M6Gaming and the person who opened a ChargeBack as it was a mistake, however, if you have a popular resource that someone could ChargeBack on at any time, you would not be able to create a scam report (As it could be anyone) and the user could potentially get away with scamming.

I'm suggesting you implement a system similar to Spigot's, where the PayPal email informs you of the username of the person that purchased as well as the resource name. (Example below)

This would make creating scam reports on resource Chargebacks much easier.

I have even given up 10+ times because I cannot find who charged back.

Sounds like a great idea; we also need licenses to be remove-able again as knowing who chargedback isn't going to stop that user from downloading the resource that you purchased - in my case at least where I need to generate a license per buyer.

This is somewhat possible already however only for the past 24 hours by visiting the 'purchases' tab. A flaw being it also displays each user who clicked to buy the resource but never followed through with actually paying the resource.
