Dispute family and friends

Is there any way to file a dispute for family and friends? I recently just got scammed off my clash account by CombatLog which is a banned user. I knew him for such a time but he turned rotten sadly. I really wish to get my money back.

( The account was originaly his but I bought it off him and he wanted it again so I sold him it , Yes I wasn't thinking straight )

Call PP and say you sent it to the wrong person and they will most likely refund you.
