Divorced and Retired WebDev 20+ Years XP

I can completely tailor a website, domain, and complete with free valid SSL certificate to make it official from StartSSL, for any Minecraft server or community.

I have made prolly 20 of these in the past, and never maintained, advertised or bothered marketing them. Mainly because it takes me around 2 hours from the ground up.

Ground Up = as Follows:

1. Establish a VM from my cloud slice (or yours in this case) to run the required specs. To clarify, I'll slice from my cake to start just to get a demo going. I prefer you have your own host.
2. Install required Linux OS and packages, complete with repo updates and OS upgrades, Java et all (regardless of distribution).
3. Secure, harden and configure said services (obviously depends on your choice of XenForo, NodeBB, Wordpress, Joomla, PHPbb, et all).
4. Configure provided plugins (Spigot, Bukkit, et all) to use said services.
5. Custom tailor default installations with custom branding and themes, css et all (literally anything IE LiteBans, XenForo styles and templates, Worpdress themes, anything).
6. Configure XenForo, Wordpress, PHPbb et all "add ons", "plugins", "extensions" to provide basic server data and group sync etc. In the case of XenForo, and more sophisticated database structures such as Mongo and Redis I have developed my set of plugins and add ons to faciliate perfect harmony. Nothing custom code wise, but I have configured CommunityBridge NodeBBIntegration, etc et all.
7. Setup your site integration with LiteBans, stores, etc. XenForo for instance can be used as a great homebrew (and better) replacement than BuyCraft. Along with CommunityBridge as mentioned above this can all be automated as well).
8. Custom API I created for DB logging of server status. IE all server stats, which players are online, and a custom ping class etc I will make available to you for pretty graphics and historical data, and for general use in widgets of any web package etc to display online users, avatars, ping rate, DataTables, HighCharts, whatever.
9. Custom command API for JSON to interface with SwiftAPI and any other web API for Spigot, Bukkit etc.
10. Custom Launcher. Cracked, premium or both. Complete with graphics that match your website and distributed binaries for OSX, Linux and Windows.

The Cons are as Follows:

1. I'm mediocre at best with graphics. By the time a ground up setup is done complete with new branding etc to match Twitter and Facebook I have a good set of around 10-15 graphics, images backgrounds, etc including logos, favicons the whole nine yards. Enough to setup everything and make it look super fucking sexy.
2. Not sure what to charge. 2 hours, but I can always self medicate and just knock it out.

I will start @ $100 (USD PayPal preferred or any digital currency) for the whole package including me doing the basic graphics.

Limit first 2 customers. Then I will reassess and possibly adjust prices due to demand (yes capitalism).

Payment due only upon client approval, estimated time to completion will NOT be the time it takes me to perform the project as a whole.

First 2 clients I will complete within 72 hours not including your finalization of a domain name and a host.

I think I have described exactly what I am offering, and will my last few sites I have done via PM. My style is pretty obvious. Even when compared to XenForo vs. NodeBB etc.

So your telling me that you've had 20+ years of experience and you made that website. Elcro, 1amDev, and Faded Dev have had a couple years and can make something that is 10x better than that no offense. Also, why does it matter that your divorced?

Nobody is going to pay $100+ here if all you have done is 1 site that looks like an edited template.

Your website that you use is a Xenforo site. In Xenforo you need to use CSS, HTML, JS, etc. One of your services is literally setting up Xenforo and add ons.

Right. I fail to see the point. CSS is one of many, many aspects of what is going on here. This is meant to be a cookie cutter one and done end all solution. If you want to spend some hours tinkering with CSS and theme and style tweaks so be it. I will install one of my 100+ pre-owned themes, then make about 20 minutes of custom CSS and other jQuery customizations etc. Setting up an FB page and Twitter account takes 10 minutes easy. I think people are fixating on my semi decent perfectly 100% seamless integrated site (and again, more available upon request and PM). In fact, I GURANTEE it is 100% more integrated with my MC server than anyone who has trolled this post so far. Guranteed. 100% integrated.

Why are you lying to get attention?

- You say you are divorced and retired. If you were divorced you would actually care somewhat about your past relationship and wouldn't use it as an advertisement ploy. Also, how are you retired? You're on a medium-sized forum looking for pocket work. You're anything but retired. If you mean you're retired from working full time, please, tell me who you used to work for. Also, show me proof- add it to your portfolio! (More on that later.)

- You say you have 20 years of experience. This means that you're (at least, this is a stretch) 27.

I have been web developing for 9 years, and I can provide a resource that has over 200 snippets of code from over only just the past two years. I know this is obviously a different scenario, but all you have is one website? ONE? Not even two? Come on.

This is obviously an implyfication like the rest of this post, however, if you're willing to go to these lengths to get a couple hundred dollars off of a Minecraft forum, what other problems do you have? You seem quite negative. Even if I'm completely wrong, and you really are divorced and retired, that makes it all the more screwed up. You talk about marriage as an advertisement ploy, you mention using medication to power through commissions and you presume your projects are failures. Something isn't right here. It's either you're lying (which is likely in my opinion) and you're just doing this to get attention, or you seriously have an issue. If it's the former, get a life. It's not cool. People actually go through tough times and your use of struggle as a way to get more views is absolutely pathetic. If it's the ladder, get help. Seriously.

Look, if I'm wrong about all of this, I'm sorry; don't take this the wrong way. But this thread is off in too many ways; this post had to be made. Hopefully you can partially understand where I'm coming from.

Unconfirmed. Every point made here was valid against you. It does not appear as if you have much experience at all, you give unnecessary information in hopes that people will feel sympathetic for you, and in all honesty, you might want to check the legitimacy of those degrees.
